How much does therapy cost?
The cost of individual therapy can vary from person to person. If using insurance, it’s best to look at your policy to determine what’s covered and what’s not. The out-of-pocket cost is $165.00 per fifty-five minute session. I do have limited sliding-scale appointments available. The out-of-pocket cost for couples counseling is $175.00 per seventy-five minute session. I do not currently accept insurance for couples counseling.
Which insurances do you accept?
I'm paneled with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield NH, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Carelon, Cigna, Point32, United Healthcare, and Quest. If you don’t see your insurance provider listed, let me know and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
I offer in-person and telehealth sessions, or a combination of both, depending on what feels most comfortable and convenient for you. My office is located in Bow, New Hampshire.
Who is your typical client?
I work with folks from a vast array of backgrounds, and there's nothing "typical" about them. That said, I work best with individuals and couples wanting to dive in, regardless of how much — or how little — counseling they've pursued in the past.
